I passed by this gourmet hot dog stand at the Garden State Plaza a couple of weeks ago and promised myself I’d go back to try it out for lunch one day.
Today I did. I got their “gourmet dog” which was a duck sausage with sauteed mushrooms, truffle oil, and za cai (a slightly spicy Chinese pickled mustard green heart) in a pretzel bun.
Not a combo I ever would have thought up but pretty tasty. Under $7, too!
